  • In India MDC is majorly imported on Kandla and Mumbai ports. JNPT and Kakinada are the other ports where MDC is being imported but not in huge quantity.

  • MDC is mainly used as a solvent in a variety of pharmaceutical applications. The chemical is also used to remove heat-sealed labels in the textile industry., MDC demand & supply are influenced by Pharma and Textile industry.

  • In India MDC is majorly imported from Germany and United Kingdom. United State, Korea, France, Japan, Switzerland are the other countries from where MDC is imported in lesser quantity.

  • Later a comparative analysis is being carried out for all the prices. In the end, price which is more suitable and prompt is decided. Inference of this analysis is published in our market report as international price.

  • For CFR India, cost and freight is included. For FOB the prices does not include the shipping charges.

  • FOB (Freight on Board) prices is generally taken or the material being imported from Korea.
