Singapore based Shell is likely to resume its production of naphtha cracker by end of October. Earlier the unit was put on hal t on 27 September 2106 on back of technical issues. Unit is based at Bukom island in Singapore and has the production capacity of 9,60,000 mt/year of Ethylene and 5,40,000 mt/year of Propylene.
