Clariant Chemicals has relocated its masterbatches plant to Bhiwandi from Kolshet. The firm has sold its plot in Kolshet, Thane to Lodha Group for Rs 1154 crore.
Clariant sold its 87 acres land in Thane to Ishwer Realty and Technologies Private Limited, a subsidiary of Lodha Group.
The new location for Clariants masterbatches plant is the Renaissance Industrial & Warehousing Complex at Bhiwandi, Thane.
