• This week in domestic market prices of Melamine standard have remained firm while commercial quality prices have plunged and at the end of this week price were assessed at the level of Rs. 117/Kg for Ahmedabad and Rs.115/kg for Mumbai ports and commercial quality were evaluated at Rs. 114/kg for Ahmedabad and Rs.112/kg for Mumbai.
• This week International Melamine standard and commercial prices have plunged in compare to previous week.
• Melamine prices have plunged in China market as material is available in good quantity while demand has been bearish from downstream players.
• In Iran melamine market is moving with soft velocity as no major deals and discussion has been heard.
• US Q3 melamine contract prices increase amid still-tight supply.
• Europe melamine Q3 contracts rollover on improved supply, deflating demand.
• Total imported quantity of Melamine for the month of June, 2018 was around 5046MT.
