Reliance Industries Ltd. is planning to shut down its PTA unit based in Malaysia. The unit will undergo maintenance in this month and is likely to remain off-stream for around three weeks.Unit is based at Kuantan in Malaysia and has the production capacity of 610, 000 tonnes/year.
