Methanol producer Socar to produce in heavy margins in next two years

Socar Methanol is planning to produce 2,50,000 mt/year of methanol in the next two years. This bulk production will be in export terms. The plant is based at Karadagh, the unit was earlier owned by Azmeco. Earlier the unit was started in July 2015 but faced heavy losses due to reduced margins
