Keiyo Ethylene is planning to shut down its naphtha cracker. The unit will go off-stream next year in the month of May-June 2018. The exact maintenance period has not been specified yet by the company officials. Unit is based at Chiba in Japan and has the manufacturing capacity of 7, 40,000 mt/year.
