It’s raining praises and awards for Maersk Line!

Maersk Line, Limited (MLL) the American company, headquartered in Norfolk, Va., that endows with U.S. flag transportation, ship management and maritime technical services to government and commercial customers was awarded with the “Best Global Shipping Line” for the 20th consecutive year and the “Best Shipping Line - Asia-Europe” for the 25th time at the 27th Annual Asian Freight & Supply Chain Awards (AFSCA), held on 9 May 2013, in Beijing and praised for being the most reliable carrier line of all for the twelfth time in 13 quarters.

The Asian Freight & Supply Chain Awards are held every twelve months by Cargonews Asia, Hong Kong-based cargo freight and logistics trade newspaper.  Jens Eskelund, Managing Director of Maersk China Limited received the award on behalf of Maersk Line. With due pleasure, he commented that the award was the result of continuous exertion on making our products and services the best for our customers. It was the greatest of honour to receive the awards because it showed the hard-work and dedication put by the employees to bring such pride to the company.

Maersk Line has also been rewarded the most reliable carrier line of all for the twelfth time in 13 quarters. Mr. Anders Lund Kristensen, Head of the Northern European Liner Operations Team, commented on the new achieved pride that the network had to be designed and operated unfailingly only then the reliability can be achieved with an uninterrupted approach. Being the most reliable carrier reducing waste was the chief target adjacent with cost effectiveness and reliability working as two sides of the same coin.

Such awards come out as the best way of appreciating the potential ability of the organizations is bringing in durability in services and maintaining the best customer relations with faith in-built.
