All laminate market players are ready to expand their grip due to slowdown and rising competition.  With improving supply of decorative laminates, the market is anticipated to have penetrated in an aggressive competition.

As per the market players, companies are working hard to maintain its sales numbers owing to this they are using smart marketing option to boost up their grip on dealers. GCP source said that currently laminate market is looking like heavy sale season as all the laminate players are offering competitive discounts and offers to boost up the volume growth.

Source said that last month prices of phenol with other raw materials were stumpy due to plunge in the prices of crude oil which was good for the plywood manufacturers to offer attractive schemes and to earn the benefits from the trade.

Report said that market predictors  believes that market players are bringing attractive discount offers, coupon schemes etc. these  new initiatives are good for plywood industry and trade, because such activities will help to improve the sales volume of the industry in near term.
