Oil agreement between Iraq and Kurdistan gives rise to optimistic reactions

The oil agreement between Iraq and Kurdistan has brought about a wave of optimism in the oil and gas sector. The agreement on oil exports and budget payments has received positive reactions.

There has been a tremendous increase in production capacity in both the regions, and consumption is gradually shifting to the east, however demand increases are slowing as OPEC has decided not to cut production at a time of heightened weakness
