Iranian scientists succeed in developing gas sweetening process

Iranian scientists have successfully produced an aqueous solution which will be used in gas sweetening process. Amine gas treating (gas sweetening and gas removal) refers to a group of processes that rely on aqueous solutions to remove hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide from gases. This is a common unit process used in refineries, petrochemical plants, natural gas processing plants and other industries.
