Weekly Price Trend: 26-11-2018 to 30-11-2018

• If we take a quick look at the above given weekly prices, it can be observed that for the current week prices of Styrene Monomer have decreased significantly at Kandla and at Mumbai ports
• and at the end of the week prices were assessed Rs.80/Kg for bulk quantity at Kandla and Rs. 81/kg for Mumbai ports of India.

INDIA& INTERNATIONAL

•  The domestic prices of Styrene were assessed at the level of Rs.80/Kg for Kandla and Rs 81/kg Mumbai ports.
•  South East Asia prices of SM were evaluated at USD 1025/mt. FOB Korea values for Styrene were reduced by USD 55/MT for this week. On other side CFR china prices were also reduced by USD 50/MT in this week
•  Similar impact was seen in the Benzene prices values.FOB Korea prices were assessed around USD 665/MT, while CFR China prices were assessed around USD 680/MT.
• Similar trend was seen in Benzene values as well. Benzene FOB Korea prices declined by more than USD 25/MT in this week. On other side CFR China prices reduced by USD 30/MTS and were assessed at the rate of 655/MT.
•  Crude has declined by more than 20% in last three weeks. Oil prices closed at a new yearly low Wednesday but edged up Thursday to $51.45/bbl in morning trading. Since hitting the yearly high in early October, benchmark West Texas Intermediate has dropped by 32%.
