• This week in domestic market prices of Melamine standard and commercial quality have increased and at the end of this week price were assessed at the level of Rs. 101/Kg for Ahmedabad and Rs.99/kg for Mumbai ports and commercial quality were evaluated at Rs. 100/kg for Ahmedabad and Rs.98/kg for Mumbai.
• This week International Melamine standard and commercial prices have remained firm in compare to previous week.
• Mitsui Chemicals plans to shut its melamine unit in mid-Oct for maintenance having a production capacity of 40000mt/yr placed at Osaka.
• As per report, US fourth-quarter melamine prices increase.
• Europe Q4 melamine contract talks continue amid upward pressure.
• This week in China market has remained close for golden week holiday on account of this no trade deals has been heard.
