• If we take a quick look at the above given weekly prices, it can be observed that the market of Formaldehyde had followed firm trend in the domestic market and at the end of this week price were assessed at the level of Rs. 17.25/Kg at Ahmedabad Port.

Previous week prices of Formaldehyde had followed volatile inclination and at the end of the week prices were assessed at Rs.18/Kg at Ahmedabad port. Prices of Methanol which is a feedstock of Formaldehyde had followed firm trend and at the end of the week prices of methanol were evaluated at Rs 33/kg for Kandla and Rs 33/kg for Mumbai ports of India.

This week the domestic market of Formaldehyde had followed firm trend and at the end of the weak prices were assessed at Rs.17.25/Kg at Ahmedabad port, The prices of methanol had followed weak trend, on 30th July, 2018 Methanol prices were assessed at Rs 32/kg for Kandla and Rs 32/kg for Mumbai ports and at the end of the week on 03rd Aug, 2018 prices of methanol were evaluated at Rs 31.75/kg for Kandla and Rs 31.75/kg for Mumbai ports of India.

CFR India prices of Methanol were assessed in the range of USD 380/MTS. This week prices have increased by USD 5MT in compares to last assessed price.
