Celanese of America is maintaining VAM supply in control. The decision was taken as a result of recent events in the Gulf Coast. Intercontinental Terminals Company's Deer Park, Texas, tank farm caught fire in March, snarling logistics around the area and disrupting some feedstock supply to chemical manufacturing.
