SP Olefins has recently reduced the operating rates its cracker unit. The operating rate has been cut down to 80% due to weak economic fundamentals. The cracker has the major product as Ethylene and Propylene.
Unit is based at Jiangsu in China and has the production capacity of Ethylene around 650,000 mt/year and a propylene capacity of 125,000 mt/year.
