Mitsui Chemicals has resumed its naphtha cracker after a maintenance turnaround.
The cracker was shut for maintenance in mid-June, 2018 . It is placed in Osaka, Japan, the cracker has an ethylene production capacity of 450,000 mt/year and a propylene capacity of 280,000 mt/year.
