Leading manufacturer of MIBK plant, Mitsui Chemical has shut down its MIBK unit for maintenance turnaround. This is an annual maintenance program for MIBK unit. The unit is likely to remain off-stream for around 4-5 weeks.
Unit is based at Mizushima in Japan and has the production capacity of 20,000 mt/year.
