LG Chem is planning to shut its Phenol-Acetone unit for brief maintenance. The units are expected to go off-streamin the first week of February. The units may resume its production in the span of 2-3 days.
Units are based at Yeosu in South Korea and has the production capacity of Phenol around 3,00,000 mt/year and Acetone capacity around 1,80,000 mt/year.
