All 25 units at Plant 2 of Germany's Miro refinery have been carrying out a large-scale maintenance, the first in six years, since mid of February. Work began on February 15 and is set to last for at least four weeks with the refinery expected to restart April end. Germany's Heide is expected to carry out scheduled maintenance, starting in March and lasting until May.
