Phthalic Anhydride unit has been restarted by Koppers followed by a maintenance turnaround. Unit resumed its production last week after long maintenance schedule of 40 days. Unit is based at Stickney in Illinois, USA and has the production capacity of 1, 00,000 mt/year.
