JX Nippon Oil and Energy resumed its cracker in end-September 2018. The cracker was shut for maintenance on August 11, 2018. It is located at Kawasaki in Japan, the cracker has an ethylene production capacity of 448,000 mt/year and propylene production capacity of 273,000 mt/year.
