Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (Orpic)will restart its Mina Al Rahal refinery after brief maintenance turnaround. Earlier the refinery was shut down in the month of October. During this maintenance period it has done modifications to the existing plant to allow a full integration of the new units being constructed under the Sohar Refinery.
