BASF Petronas Chemicals, a joint venture of BASF and Petronas, is planning for expansion of its production capacity of its acrylic acid (AA) and butyl acrylate plants at its integrated Verbund site in Kuantan, Malaysia.
The expansion will support the growing demand for Acrylic Monomers in Asia-Pacific region. It is expected to go on-stream by 2021.
